No, the Supervisor doesn't provide guidance and is quick to judge and not problem solve. Do it my way!!!

- Use the experience of their employees and do not micro manage.
I like about the employer
When needing to travel for training g or conferences each employee has their own room.
I dislike about the employer
High turn over in staff for Outreach offices which provides no stability for families.
