Suggestions for improvement
- Strategy changes excessively, leadership lacks direction.
Fun atmosphere, they always had some sort of food day, trivia or games going on.
My job was 95% autonomous which I loved! The only time as a processor you needed the team was if you had questions.
Temps could be offered permanent positions as soon as 60 days if they had a team player attitude and good attendance.
The fact that it was a check, the pay was decent and lots of opportunities for overtime if you wanted them.
