There is little trust between management and subordinates to to the level of secrecy from upper managment.
Support from Management
Goals are set from corporate with little thought as to how they will be implemented and the consequences of the initiatives. Input from subordinate employees is not welcomedwhen planning for changes or improvements.
Level of Autonomy
Work is divided up by employees in India who automatically assign based on a queue and is not always consistent. Employees work late or from home and are given more work when they return in order to workload balance.
