The employee morale was very low by the time I
Left my position.
Support from Management
Upper management had a very inconsistent way of putting policies/procedures in place.
Most colleagues worked well with one another, however there were a few slackers that were never reprimanded for their lack of work. Therefore I often had to complete their work.
Level of Autonomy
In theory it's distributed evenly, but some people work at a very slow pace and their work eventually would be piled on me.
