There is no trust between hourly and salary workers. A great chasm exists between them. This seems to be what management wants.
Metrex has a very good safety record.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management should stop encouraging conflict.

There is demand for their products, so there will always be work available.
What I dislike about the company
Hourly and salary working against each other.
