Fear pervades this culture. No incentive to do what's right for pts.
Support from Management
The only "leadership" is corrupt and does not have anyones best interest in mind but their own agendas.
Difficult to work together when the culture is one of fear and intimidation.
Level of Autonomy
Back-stabbing and underhanded dealings from the top, only lies conveyed.
