It is so difficult to work for this organization that there is a high rate of turnover and the company fails to achieve fairness and consistency. I feel bad for new (non-management) employees who come in with excitement and ideals, only to learn the hard reality of working there.
Support from management
Management habitually understaffes departments without cutting back the workload. To make matters worse, they make no effort to make the staffing needs known to their superiors. This creates a very stressful and unhappy workplace.
Most management walks around as an elite class and insulate themselves from the reality or concerns of their staff.
