Suggestions for improvement
- fire all of the T-mobile management and hire back the MetroPCS people they laid off to run the company.
What I like about the company
MetroPCS USED TO BE a great company to work for. We had employer paid healthcare, 401K great pay with many additional perks like a 10% bonus and paid on-call and 15% night shift diffential. The management team was fantastic and we were informed about what the company was doing, with one exception, and that was how they sold us off.
