- Very poor management structure and tend to be old boys network.Stop micro-managing.To keep working on the organizational culture, to be truly open to ethnic minorities, social and culturally diversity. Acquire “Best Practices” and implement it throughout The Authority. Concentrate on the “client” not only being the Airlines but also your own folks.
