Support from management
No employee involvement in decision making. Very little communication between management and employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop reorganizing, listen to employee needs and give the them the tools necessary to get the job done.
What I like about the company
The people are wonderful and the reason I stay.
What I dislike about the company
Management is diconnected and unsure how to organize which is evident from the number of times the company has reorganized since the new CEO and President have taken over. Once they find their grove things should improve.
