We get gem survey scores in which we put those scores collectively in a drawing and once a month several individuals are picked and usually get a certificate for a restaurant. Most employees will agree no one gets treated fairly and the morale is so low there is no trust.
Support from Management
Because of the lack of maanagement skills it is a non fulling meaningless job. There is little or lack of support to move around the company. They advocate doing so but it is so politcal you are lucky to move up unless you know someone. They handle conflicts very poorly and even go as far as bullying and harassing if they want to. Nothing is said directly. Always leaving you in dark and feeling skeptical of who to trust. It feels like a high school with all the immaturity and gossip and no one is ever held accountable for what they do. Management only cares if it beneifits them. They are not there to look out for you or help you succeed. I would not recommend it unless hostility is something you can ignore easily or just want a check.
