Suggestions for improvement
- Developing an understanding of employee efforts and concerns for persons receiving services. Appreciation expressed appropriately.
What I like about the company
Low keyed environment but high stress from other departments. Too much politics.
What I dislike about the company
No employee loyalty.
Dismissing employees became common place, with replacements lead time drawn out to a new level of absurdity.
Overtime at hamburger wages equates to under budget bonuses for executive staff only.
