Suggestions for improvement
- There is a program for awarding "points" for taking certain classes. There is no published list of the classes that count for "points", you just submit the forms and hope for the best. Also, the classes that you "have" to take for a degree, the liberal arts classes, don't count. Only ones that immediately benefit the position. It's kind of bizarre.
What I like about the company
I am able to work towards completing a degree here, as well as my child attending on a tuition waiver. The pay sometimes isn't on scale with other places, but the benefits certainly compensate.
What I dislike about the company
The bad supervisors that I have had, it is VERY difficult to get any movement about them accomplished. There are not many, but when they are encountered, it is very difficult to make progress.
The following benefits were offered to me
