Hourly are set in their ways. Newer and younger employees showing a lot of initiative for continuous improvement get frustrated and leave.
Inter company correspondence is slow. Feedback on quality issues may take months.
Safety assessments were nonexistent in the most dangerous areas. Only after some inexperienced operators were forced to work in these areas did management finally react with necessary training.
