Suggestions for improvement
- Allow for more time for new hires to achieve production goals. New hires have a lot they are expected to take on immediately with little time to adjust. Focus more on positive progress rather than overemphasizing the negative. Speed can be built up in a reasonable amount of time.
What I like about the company
They really seem to care about their employees.
What I dislike about the company
A lot of the work at the distribution center(warehouse) is production based. If your production levels fall you can be let go. You are expected to be at 100% or better at the end of your first month(30 days).
