Poor leadership NO communication from the top to the Managers. Just Horrible

Just Horrible cause so much confusion but leadership does not care about if associates have right perspective. It doesn't matter too them
Equality to get the job yes but personal opinions derail many careers because they do like someone.
Attitude towards older colleagues
If you are part of the click you are fine. If you speak your mind you job becomes miserable. HR is the only equal department but even somtimes they can not control the situation.

Overall compensation for your work
Only to save jobs many afraid because of retaliation
As long as you play your role you are fine. Job performance is irrelevant
Great programs HR Manager one of the best I have work with
No Middle Management treats associates like children
Suggestions for improvement
- Do not let you leadership socialize outside of work. Makes them jaded and unable to make business decision without making it personal because of their friendship with other managers.

Poor management from top to bottom very self center and non responsive.
