Communication is not handled well, never direct.
Promotion from within has disappeared, they prefer to keep people where they are.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a sense of loyalty and do not micromanage.
What I like about the company
I like the chance to learn and begin, where you do learn a lot in the world of banking.
What I dislike about the company
Communication is never handled directly, it's always addressed through cloak and daggers. There is no sense of loyalty, and there is a false sense of loyalty provided by leadership through their posturing.
