No advancement unless you have a degree.
Support from management
Uppe management is very unsupportive.
Most of the departments don't get along with each other. No one takes responsibility.
Freedom to work independently
Always someone looking over your shoulder.
You will get the same info four times over from several departments.
Biased on both ends.
Unless you have a degree you won't get past a call center or teller role.
Overall compensation for your work
They keep low wages because they offer incentives for selling additional services.
Office / Work Environment
Facilities are updated.
Decent amount of paid time off. However of you actually work 40 hours it more like 45.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop hiring bank employees. They don't understand the way a credit union works.

The paid time off.
What I dislike about the company
The fact that after almost a decade of employment and positive reviews they would not promote me.
