Managers never trusted employees to be capable of performing their job tasks or properly interacting with clients
Support from management
Provided no leadership or management support. Lacked any wherewithal to educate their employees on business practices or processes
A culture of save your own neck is instilled as not to incur the wrath of management
Freedom to work independently
There was no structure of responsibility because they had no hierarchical structure for work priority
More often than not communication was lacking on project feedback or information. Communication obviously became more regular when mistakes or problems occurred.
No training what so ever after the initial on boarding period. No opportunity for advancement unless it was leaving for another position at another company.
Overall compensation for your work
Competitive salaries. Probably the only reason potential employees consider working there.
Their image portrayed a large tech company but in reality the company was a minnow in the ocean.
Job was never stable. Took a whimsical approach to company organizational structure to mostly fit the needs of management.
No trading for an accident free workplace. Could not even find a spot where OSHA rules and regulations were to be posted.
Suggestions for improvement
- Liquidate and retire
What I like about the company
They had free coffee...
What I dislike about the company
Save your neck culture. Work environment bordering on hostile when problems with clients or projects occurred. Supreme micro management. Management's overprotection of their financial stakes in the company.
