Management is always will to help and keeps a true open door policy. I can walk into the owners office and have a conversation almost anytime.
Associates are always willing to help each other out and it shows in the culture.
Freedom to work independently
All associates are given the ability to do their job with minimal management involvement if they want it. With a flat organization there aren't a lot of managers that get in the way.
Women hold many high ranking positions including 2 of 5 executives and 6 of 12 of the leadership team.
We offer great training.
The company routinely gives back to the community through social outreach programs that the associates get involved in.
Work life balance is preached and given to associates
Associates love working here and it shows. Company was in the Best Places to Work in Phoenix the last 3 years.
Sales is always challenging and working with sales operations is also.
What I like about the company
I love the fact that the people here care about their job and their company and everyone works together to make this a better place. Every year we are given the opportunity to give feedback in a Stop-Start-Continue survey.
What I dislike about the company
There is not much not to like. Sure everyone could be paid more, however I make a fair salary for my position.
