What I like
They care about their employees and try to do what they can to make them happy. Since I’ve been there they increased the amount of paid days off due to employee feedback which I think is awesome.
What I dislike
The chain of information is inconsistent. They also treat the retail employees as though they are lesser than corporate.
Suggestions for improvement
Make it easier to hold employees accountable, quicker response times for everything.
