Suggestions for improvement
They did not know how to talk or treat there employees.
Culture was mostly non existent. You can't build culture when you have no leadership.
The PM was overworked and does know much about what you actually do. Executive leadership is both absent and unengaged, the CEO cares more about sponsoring MMA fighters than seeing that employees get raises or bonuses.
The team was great, but that also had to do with so many experienced people staying on when the contract transitioned. Very few company sponsored team building events for non-HQ employees.
