Basically favoritism comes into play when it comes to getting a promotion.
Suggestions for improvement
- Less Favoritism to certain people, more promotions to who deserve it, not who is a favorite to upper management.
What I like about the company
Benefits package was nice, Pay was okay and discounts on items were great.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management having favoritism to certain employees when it comes to promotions. Favoritism is a huge downfall for mid Atlantic pro-tel, While working there I saw this time and time again.
