- Listen to the feedback that your field employees have to give, without retaliation, so that we may better ourselves and be that successful company from the past!
I like about the employer
They try very hard to maintain their current employees, as opposed to sending them to the hall.
I dislike about the employer
There have been many decisions made, in the past couple of years, that have effected the number of customers that we service. We have lost many loyal customers due to an unclear business model. The original owner held his personal values and customer relations at the top of his priority list. Since his son has taken over, the priority has switched to purely profit!!!
