Attitude towards older colleagues
older workers are treated as less knowledgeable and cannot learn new aspects because of age.
company does not post new jobs for employees.
employees talk badly about bank behind their backs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Look at older employees to be treated with respect, not as someone to get rid of.
What I like about the company
being a 20 year employee of South Point Bank/MidCountry Bank was able to collect unemployment benefits instead of fighting the benefit to me.
