Support from Management
The school's consolidation with another school created battlefields as people from each campus struggled for leadership roles and showing personal power. Tasks were assigner, but the ability to accomplish them was blocked. True professionals were set up to fail.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow workers to do what they're hired to do. Encourage authentic communication with students. Focus less on expansion and more on admitting students with the ability to work through the curriculum and graduate.
