A wonderful company run by compassionate people.
Support from management
Overwhelming amount of support from all sides.
The four girls in my office worked together seamlessly & flawlessly.
Freedom to work independently
There is an exceptional support system, but they trust their staff to make good and educated decisions.
There are always email memos keeping us as informed as possible.
Everyone is human. And they treat us as such.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is no age discrimination. The older and experienced and valued and looked to for guidance.
Always room to grow and move.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Quiet, private but still centralized.
This goes without saying.
Never bothered at home with work problems. Work is left at work.
I could see myself working here well into my adult years.
It’s a hospital. We are completely accessible to all.
A month of training and continued support even when that’s done.
It had its highs and lows. So I’d say it falls somewhere in the middle
Inclusive / Diverse
Always allows employees to offer ideas.
Suggestions for improvement
- I honestly don’t think I’d change anything. Don’t fix it if it isn’t broken.
What I like about the company
I’ve worked for a few companies, but none of this magnitude. And despite its size and expanse, I saw the directors and the president out on the floors. Talking with staff and LISTENING to what we were saying. They care. These are compassionate people with an amazing all-inclusive vision.
What I dislike about the company
The managers I dealt with were all amazing and helpful, they all looked out for their own staff, which is great but also detrimental. While they have the best interest of their own staff in mind, sometimes they lose sight of the bigger picture. But at the end of the day they are all human and doing their very best.
