They need every single experienced machinist they can get because they're hard to come by these days.
Suggestions for improvement
- No idea what to do about management. They need to stop treating 1st shift like their machining gods or something. Stop treating the off shifts like their nobody's that aren't worth anything because the 1st shift people will always pick up the slack. Stop threatening management and let them be comfortable with their role so they'll be more lax with the floor people.
