No trust of upper leadership. Roles always changing with people being demoted and promoted all the time.
Support from Management
Upper management does not value its employees.
High degree of teamwork within store staff
Nearly all previous employees have a negative view of the company after working there.
Based off of commission. Commission changes multiple times every year to favor additional funds for purchasing more stores, not rewarding hardwork.
