Office manager conducts herself in an appropriate manner. Involves team members in office decisions as far as office hours, marketing techniques and future development. However, she is only allowed to run the office as corporate level delegates. Corporate is unappreciative of office staff that maintain the office flow and function. They offer less than standard working wages for their providers. There is zero room for growth within the office and compensation never increases. Thus being the reason for high turnover.
Colleagues work well together to provide an efficient flow. Providers and office staff treat one another with respect and compassion.
Zero room for growth within office. No incentives offered for personal development or advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Wages and responsibilities are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Wages for providers are below national averages and standards. Hygienists are paid a low base wage, and given a small percentage of production for commission, provided they meat production. Production is a direct reflection of patient cooperation. Patient cooperation can not be controlled or regulated by providers.
