- Hire another HR employee, treat employees like people, train your employees, inspire your employees, offer incentives for good performance, provide additional training for employees who are under performing rather than firing them, offer positive reinforcements
What I like about the company
Hourly pay not bad, health insurance (for FT employees) is OK
