Workplace Safety

There is a paucity of training.

Inclusive / Diverse

Almost 100% Caucasian

Suggestions for improvement

  • Hire another HR employee, treat employees like people, train your employees, inspire your employees, offer incentives for good performance, provide additional training for employees who are under performing rather than firing them, offer positive reinforcements

What I like about the company

Hourly pay not bad, health insurance (for FT employees) is OK

What I dislike about the company

No mentors, poor communication from the leadership, no recognition for hard work or personal achievements, HR department is too small, reactive and not proactive, ignore parts of the employee handbook that are inconvenient for management, inconsistent policies, the majority of their feedback is negative
