Suggestions for improvement
- Fire upper management - clean that house and the board! Hire people who understand the mission and will remember why we (the company) exists.
Nothing, not a thing.
Always kept at part-time, with NO benefits, yet had to maintain teaching credentials through state-mandated participation in ongoing in-service training. Two (for 20 of 25 years) out of four supervisors were condescending, rude, mean, unjust, and insensitive. They took all the credit for hard work done by teachers in the field.
