Suggestions for improvement
- The policies are in place to help guide the staff and business. The culture in the other hand.... we cover 3 counties of classes, itinerant staff, and office staff. We go into home, classrooms, and run our own classrooms in districts. There is a hugs separation in the staff over the 3 counties. this makes for some anxiety and animosity among staff. If everyone know what everyone else did and how some systems worked, most staff would feel more connected.
What I like about the company
Most of the upper management care about the staff and it shows. There is a comrade among the groups of staff that work together. If you are smiling and friendly, so is everyone else!
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the fact that some of the management team are only in office and not available. I often feel I am flying by the seat of my pants and hoping for the right outcome. I feel we are all on a constant learning curve that we may not know we areon.
