- New more HR trained executives who are experiened at what they can and cannot say to an employee and have more professional business management skills.

What I dislike about the company
Golden child syndrome. If you are a follower rather than a leader you are the prime candidate for promotion. Position isn't posted they just promote those who are yes people.
