Management lacks training and leadership skills. Micro management and unattainable goals. Morale is bad due to constant negative reviews.
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in your own management training. HR needs to do exit interviews to find out why long term employees keep leaving. Well trained workers are needed with New products coming out. Growing too fast without building infrastructure causes failure and loss of customized. Evaluate management.
