Suggestions for improvement
- the ability to earn bonuses for employees
I admire the original purpose the organization was founded for.
The company has become number driven and truly doesn't help the consumers. They have a homeless program that doesn't have shelters to place the people in; every time a client calls they are told they have no shelters available. They don't truly promote within unless you are friends with one of the managers. Management has the crab complex. The company also believe in doing more for less. Some individuals are forced to do the workload of several job description while some people do nothing.
