Support from management
Supervisors will try and support employees as much as management will allow. Management does not listen to suggestions, even when they are good, positive, for-the-better suggestions.
Teamwork does exists within some departments,
Job security depended on the position and the department, as well as the supervisor ant their supervisors. Certain positions could be eliminated at a moment's notice or the position (tasks) would be added to someone else's. This in no way would translate into a higher pay, or a good job review.
No ramps or elevators to the administrative offices.
Conditions would barely comply with OSHA standards, training was not the best.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to what employees have to say every now and then, you might learn new things, or may be able to see things from a different perspective.
