Individuals often make false complaints of abuse. During investigations of complaints staff is out of work with no pay.
Individual threw items at driver during transport. When management was informed, they laughed and refused to provide other staffing to assist during transport.
Suggestions for improvement
- When an employee makes a suggestion in regards to safe working conditions, the statement, "We can't afford to do that." is not acceptable.
