The current leadership team is consistently given very low ratings by employees on the annual employment viewpoint survey. Specifically, employees list a lack of faith in the integrity and values exemplified by the leadership.
Level of Autonomy
Agency leadership continues to add multiple layers of supervision on top of one another, with supervisors unable to relinquish previous roles as they are hired or promoted. Employees have very little autonomy and low job satisfaction.
