Support from Management
Lower management scared to death of anyone above them.
People were great always there to help when it came to hourly people
Often demanding could be forced to work 12 hours a day with no time off.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be more compassionate toward hourly employees.
What I like about the company
Pay and benefits were great
What I dislike about the company
Management did not care if you never had a day off. But you better believe they took theirs.
