Suggestions for improvement
- Keep people informed of changes that are going on in the company better
Lower management scared to death of anyone above them.
People were great always there to help when it came to hourly people
Often demanding could be forced to work 12 hours a day with no time off.
Pay and benefits were great
Management did not care if you never had a day off. But you better believe they took theirs.
Serious lack of communication from direct Management to let you know whether you are doing well or not. Not enough training and feedback to give employee opportunity to succeed. Bringing on temps that are not qualified in the software, but assured they will train you until you are comfortable and then letting you go without a single word and before you are thoroughly trained. They set you up for failure. It is a no win situation. They cannot be trusted to be honest.
