Support from Management
There is no leadership support. They could care less what employees think. Upper management and city leaders talk the talk but don't walk the walk

You do what the supervisor tells you whether it's right or not or you get written up
They very rarely have department meetings to keep the officers up to date. At one point we went almost 2 years and never had a meeting with the chief.
