Suggestions for improvement
- The company could provide minutes to those involved after meetings. When incidents occur, there should be a mass communication system that should be used to notify employees at all campuses. It should not just be sent to those at the campus where the incident occurs.
What I like about the company
The company goes to great lengths to constantly improve. There is great effort to encourage feedback, evaluations and make changes based on results. The company also does a great deal to focus on the main goal of student success. There are many opportunities to have input in decisions that affect employees, students, prospective students and the Milwaukee community as a whole.
What I dislike about the company
There are many opportunities for the company to improve in the area of communication. Because the institution is so large, there are often times when communication is slow or non existent. Following up after meetings is also an opportunity to improve communication. With 5 different campuses, the information does not always make it to the outlying campuses as quickly as it should.
