Company culture is based on engineering skill and salary. Those not fortunate enough to be in the top tier of both suffer the most.
Support from Management
Leadership is mercurial. There does not seem to be consistent delineation of right/wrong behavior other than by department.
Team members work well on projects they are interested in. It is often easy for unexciting tasks to fall by the wayside due to poor management.
