Poor, people were consistently treated like 3rd class citizens. You were docked pay if you used the restroom outside of your regular breaks. If you were late 2 times in one month, you were written up. Hr never knew where to find simple forms such as an employees rights and similar documentation.
Support from management
Upper management was non existent, supervisors were put in place based on if they had good attendance and not by knowledge. 2 supervisors were hired after working at the company for 3 months. In my dept. You needed years of experience pertaining to vehicles. These 2 came Sears oil change dept. Where he worked for 6 months and the other worked at a gas station garage
There was at least 7 different people with years of dealer knowledge that would have fit much better for the job we were performing.
Attitude towards older colleagues
An employee had colon cancer and had 6 inches of his colon removed which left him having to use the bathroom often due to the coalastimy bag he had to wear. He was allowed one extra bathroom break.
You were chosen for new job opportunity by who you knew not what you know.
Overall compensation for your work
No pay increases were given period. Some worked there 7-8 years with out a pay increase.
You were told all the time anyone can do your job.
