- More opportunities to learn new skills.
Moral has been super low ever since the management change.
This was a great place to work for years. Then some new managers came in that don't care at all about our mission or the important work we do. Now it is all about favoritism and who can fill out the most tracking documents not about the work getting done.
The employee teams work great together.
Communication is demanded from the bottom up. But, doesn't happen at all from the top down. All decision making seems to be arbitrary because we no longer hear why something happens, only that it will.
