People who works here dont help each other and are mostly lazy.
Company doesnt offer ways for their employees to improve themselves. Doesnt offer chance for education.

Turnover rate is high. DSD keeps staff that are lazy and let goes the good and hardworking people.

What I dislike about the company
Admin is very tight with money. Employees are the one who cash out funds if the want a xmas party. BOM keeps on asking money from employees, will fine you if your late on a meeting, will ask for money if your wearing jeans. Social services doesnt follow up with patients needs. Personal items keep on missing. CNAs hide and keeps on texting. DSD acts as if she's the DON and has favoritism.
