Support from Management
Very little information flows down. Top management is secretive and makes decisions without consulting staff or line management.
Very competitive environment. Employees fearful of making mistakes so there is little cooperation with coworkers.

- New management. Pay for performance, not for being executive managements' buddies.
What I dislike about the company
Detached management. Extreme cost-cutting including layoffs of any employees making a decent wage. Lack of ethics.
