no one wants to help anyone, you have your own work and that is it.

The leadership is almost non existent, the "leader" is not the one really running the office.
almost no one is willing to help anyone else, because if they do then then all that will happen is that they end up don't someone else's work without any rewards.
once you figure out how to work the files the work is easy, but it gets boring after a while. The computers are always going down, but that doesn't matter you are still expected to meet your deadlines. Doesn't matter if the computers have been down half the month.
