There are scheduled weekly meetings and each individual goes through a 30,60,90 evaluation
Not too much a problem there but I was told I didn't qualify because I didn't look strong enough or fit an image.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Their definitely being hired and seem very happy so I assume their being appreciated
It varies but there are great people there to help and guide you
Overall compensation for your work
Wages and salary do not match the responsibilities of working and living on the campus so that makes the pay un satisfying. There are benefits offered but their not so much beneficial. Salaries usually are on time but your scheduled raises aren't.
Office / Work Environment
Everything could be worked on and even work areas
Employees do not talk fondly of that facility and it represents some reality. Part of it has to do with whom the population are including their ages, there were too many younger students.
Organizational restructuring I think caused my rushed graduation from the facility. I was reminded of how unstable I was not daily but enough. Now upon graduation help finding a job is very difficult.
There are ramps and no need for elevators because everything is one story. There are security on carts that'll ride you
The working conditions vary in my opinion but not really to standard always. Training is ensured for everyone concerning an accident free workplace and area in general.
Definitely but because of my instructor and myself
Suggestions for improvement
- There are issues with buildings, mostly them all, that beed tending.
What I like about the company
I loved the bit of support I encountered there
What I dislike about the company
There could've been more and better support. I don't like the structure and the fact of what issues get overlooked.
