Suggestions for improvement
- Fairneess, more money, I? would hire a hiring committee off of the street so that hiring choices are made fairly
Many of the supervisors are good, central office is like the politicians, they are out of touch with the workforce.
Employees are not appreciated. Female staff cannot do the samemjobs as male staff.
There is no pay difference in pay between new staff or those that have been there 10 years.
Yhe job is stable, the pay has not keep up with inflation.
